Our cheese, butter and yogurts are supplied by Curd & Cure who are based in Cranbrook, Kent and our British cream is from Northiam Dairy.
Our selection of some of the finest British cheeses, stretches from the Snowdonian valleys of North Wales to the the humbling surroundings of Canterbury and everywhere inbetween.There should be something for everyone to tantalize your taste buds with. Feel free to let us know if there is a product you like, which we don't stock. We may be able to order from our suppliers.
We source our cream from Northiam Dairy. Our butters are from Maryland Farmhouse in Somerset and The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight.
With the rising wave of veganism and vegetarianism, Stanhill Farm is here to supply delicious and healthy alteratives to milk.
Our yogurts are from Tim’s Dairy in the Chiltern Hills. This award winning yogurt is fresh, healthy and live and is made using natural ingredients with no artificial colours, additives or preservatives and is GMO free. Using pasteurised fresh British milk and cream from the West Country combined with natural fruit compotes to create luxuriously tasty yogurts.
Our milk comes from Northiam Dairy, who take milk from their own farm as well as buying milk from other local farmers. Fresh raw milk is delivered to their dairy on a daily basis. All the milk they process comes from cows living in Kent and Sussex, all the milk they process is fully traceable.
They test all the milk delivered before they pasteurise it. Their pasteuriser gently heats the milk to just over 70ºC, it then holds the milk at this temperature for 15 seconds before cooling it rapidly to 4ºC. Milk for bottling is then gravity fed into bottles, capped, labelled, and put into the cold store, ready for delivery the next day!
