"These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. Savour the crunch with a soft cheese or as a striking canapé base."
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), wholemeal wheat flour, sourdough 25% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, muscovado sugar, sea salt 3%. Topping: Sea salt (Halen Môn PDO).
