Cranberries are slowly brought to the boil breaking down the fruit. It is then simmered for a few minutes after which it is pumped into our fruit press where it is squeezed to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit.

Cranberry Juice, Sugar, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate. Prepared with 62g of cranberries per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
