We are pleased to announce that our Pumpkin Patch booking system is now live and taking bookings! We open for the first picking session on Saturday 3rd October. Please see the Pumpkin Patch page of our website for full information about how to book.
We have added some exciting activities to this year’s Pumpkin Patch! Alongside all the usual pumpkin picking fun, there will also be face painting, marshmallow toasting and fairground rides!
Face painting will be available on selected dates only – please check the FAQs on the Pumpkin Patch page of our website for details.
Please note that these activities are not included in the Pumpkin Patch entrance price and are charged separately. All additional activities are provided by external companies. While we expect everything to go ahead as planned, we cannot guarantee their attendance and dates may be subject to change.
The Pumpkin Patch has proved very popular since we first opened it thirteen years ago, and it is lovely to see people of all ages enjoying Halloween and selecting their own pumpkins to take home and carve.
Grab a wheelbarrow and head down to the patch or the field where you will find a huge array of pumpkins in various different sizes. It is also a great chance for a photo opportunity, surrounded by a sea of autumnal, orange colour!
We have seen some fabulous pumpkin carvings over the years and welcome any photos of customers’ creations to be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages. You can also make use of the pumpkin flesh and create delicious soups, pies and even muffins!
Our 2026 Maize Maze season has been extended for a few more weeks – weekends only! The final day will now be Sunday 27th September. This will also be the final day of our Pick Your Own season and for Berries & Beans Café. Please note that, due to staffing, the café may not be able to open on the final weekend.
Please check our website or our Facebook and Instagram pages for the latest updates before visiting. After that, we will be busy getting everything ready for the start of our Pumpkin Patch season!
We have local honey available, priced at £10.00 per jar. The honey we sell is sourced either from hives on our own farm, from hives on a friend’s farm in Bexley or from a producer in Swanley. Currently we have Stanhill Farm honey and Swanley honey in stock. Bexley honey will be available soon.
Introducing local honey into your diet can help with allergies, as the honey contains the allergens native to the area you live in. Honey has the added benefit of being a reliable source of antioxidants and can help heal wounds and ease digestive issues and sore throats/coughs. Additionally, buying local helps to reduce pollution and save resources.
Pears and apples are currently being sourced from Foxendown Fruit Farm in Meopham. Raspberries, plums, cobnuts, and the rest of the apples are being sourced from Roughway Farm in Tonbridge. Strawberries are from Hugh Lowe Farm in Maidstone.
We are currently harvesting Primo cabbage, pointed cabbage, broccoli, spring greens, marrows, runner beans, sweetcorn, purple & orange carrots and bunched beetroot. Fresh from the fields, zero food miles and no plastic!
All the above products are available to buy from both our Farm Shop and Click & Collect Service. Subject to availability.
