Stanhill Farm News!

It has been a busy time on the farm as we approach Christmas and our British grown Christmas trees have been very popular, once again. We are very pleased with the quality of the trees and have received excellent feedback from our customers - we're delighted to be able to keep the prices of our trees the same as last year. All trees are stored undercover and can be de-netted to enable you to view them properly and select the right tree for you. We are happy to re-net your chosen tree and load it into your car. You can find full details about our Christmas trees here.

Take the hassle out of shopping by pre-ordering your festive food. Christmas food order forms are now available to collect from the Farm Shop.

We will be having our friends and local producers, CareGrow, here at the farm on Saturday 8th December for a taster day. Come along and sample their delicious range of chutneys and preserves, as well as some additional festive treats including Christmas pudding, mulled wine syrup and quince jelly. The Christmas range is very popular so arrive early to avoid disappointment!

Mince pies are now available in the farm shop priced at 85p each. More expensive than the pre-packed versions, but there is really no comparison! Delicious and packed full of sweet and juicy mincemeat, also suitable for vegetarians. Subject to availability.

We are currently harvesting Purple Sprouting broccoli, Savoy and Green cabbages, Red and Green kale, spring greens, cavolo nero, sprouts, sprout tops, leeks and parsnips.
