How To Order
Follow these simple steps on how to register on our website and place an order:
1) How do I register?
Click ‘Register’ in the top right hand corner of the website and this will bring you to the Registration Form Template.
First enter your postcode to see if we deliver to your area, or select Stanhill Farm as a collection point if you wish to collect from us. Click ‘Continue’
Enter all your details in the boxes - Email address, password, title, first name, last name, delivery address. Any boxes with a * must be filled in.
If your billing address is different from your delivery address, please input the details. Fill in your telephone number details.
Delivery Instructions – Provide any delivery instructions, ie. ‘please leave behind bin/back gate if we are not at home'.
How did you hear about us (Optional) – Please let us know how you found out about our service, ie. ‘friend recommendation’ ‘advertisement’ ‘facebook’.
Please read our Terms & Conditions and then click in the box to confirm this.
You are now on the ‘Welcome’ page, where you can manage all aspects of your account.
2) How do I make a new order?
Click on ‘Make a new order’ to access the ‘Shop Online’ page.
Click on which categories you wish to order from, ie. Vegetables, Fruit, Salad, Dairy & Eggs, Pantry, Fruit & Vegetable Juice, Condiments, Herbs, Household, Bakery, Delicatessan, Produce Boxes.
When you have clicked on the product you wish to order, you then need to select a frequency, ie. Once (one off order), weekly, fortnightly.
Click on the number (quantity) of the item you wish to order.
Click ‘Add to order’.
Repeat this process until you have added everything you need to your basket, then click on the green box which says ‘Go to orders page’.
You will now see ‘Items in your order’ and ‘Delivery summary’. On the left hand side click ‘Payments and Cards’.
Click on ‘Register your cards’ and ‘Continue’.
You will now see ‘How do you want to pay?’
Click on the card relevant to you and enter your card details. Click on ‘Confirm card details’, then click on ‘Confirm my order’.
The following message will appear: ‘Your order has been confirmed, and you will shortly receive an email confirming your changes'.
Please note: There is a £12.50 minimum spend, unless you have ordered one of our produce boxes. Your card details are stored securely with Sage Pay, we do not hold any details on our own servers. However, should you choose to place future orders you will not need to re-enter your details, unless your card has expired. Your card will not be charged until after we have delivered your order.
