Ashmore Cheese & Onion: Ashmore Farmhouse Cheese is made near Canterbury. It is made in a cheddar style and after milling is wrapped in muslin and pressed for 2 days in the old 19th Century presses. After pressing the cheeses are unwrapped and placed on aged pine shelves in the maturing room for at least 5 months.
Made With Kent Potatoes: Kent Crisps are made with the finest Kent potatoes, grown locally to Quex Park. Kent is famous as 'The Garden of England' and for its castles, coast, orchards and hops.
